Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using MatchDay Coach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

MatchDay Coach is designed for youth sports coaches to manage team rosters, lineups, and match schedules. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure
• Be responsible for all data you enter into the App

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Player and Parent Data

As a coach using this app, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before entering information about players (minors) and their parents or guardians. Do not enter sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to manage your team.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the MatchDay Coach app and website are owned by MatchDay Coach and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

MatchDay Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
